Swamiji says … You must always remember the gesture of goodwill bestowed upon you by another person during times of duress and distress that are faced by you. Such acts of kindness must remain etched in your memory for ever.
A little help from any quarter … like a hand extended to help you, reaching out to do good for you during your state of helplessness and despair, especially when you had lost all hope and were engulfed in a morass of darkness appears to be a beacon of divine light and divine help.
You must not forget this humane act of , generosity and magnanimity and must remain grateful and indebted to that individual for ever as that gesture had prevented the world from crashing down on you.
The lesson of helping others and standing like a pillar of support by them, that you draw from such a benevolent act, should never be forgotten by you and, in a similar manner you should be a reservoir of solid support and selfless service to those who warrant help and succor.

The whole cosmos is filled with God consciousness and understand that the Chaitnayam , beingness in whole creation , living or jadam then
By helping any thing to other beings / creatures ( not necessarily a human beings ) it is nothing but A SERVICE TO GOD & GOD IN THE FORM OF GURU .
Not only we remember and reciprocate to the person’s who helped us in need but also we try and do our best help in the form of service to the needy persons always . Because it is the service to GOD and see & beleave GOD Is in every form and being.
this is nothing but NISHKAMA KARMA by which we get rid of our Sanchita karma and become purify ourselves and slowly qualify to receive deeper & higher spiritual knowledge that leads to Multi in the future lives to come .
I bow my head and offer my pranayama to our belief Swamiji for making us aware of this .
